Highlights: Cheetah encounters, Bushmen culture, Etosha, Damaraland, Himba culture, Erongo. Our journey takes us north were we will live and be spoilt with some excellent farm style cooking and Namibian hospitality. En route we will stop over at the cheetah conservation fund to join a brief informative tour of the project and learn more about the project and have the opportunity to get up close to the world's fastest land animal, the cheetah. You will be entertained with singing, dancing, traditional games, learn a few words (“click language), shoot a bow & arrow, throw a spear and watch a traditional doctor heal a patient. Our journey continues after a short early morning game drive to Damaraland with its rugged landscapes, spares population and great mountains. We continue our journey towards a special wilderness area in Namibia, encircled by Erongo Mountains where the desert, mountain, and bushveld ecosystem combine.
